She just had to hold it. Well, I know that dozens and dozens of cookies. She bakes at Christmas and breads throughout the year required her to have a good mixer. She is very, very happy with this and every time she goes on a baking spree, she will text me and tell me how many loaves of bread, how many pans of brownies, and how many dozen cookies she has made. The stand mixers are just hard workers, and I highly recommend them.
